In a joint lawsuit with the RNC, which appealed a Commonwealth Court Decision ordering undated or improperly dated mail-in ballots to be counted, the PAGOP and RNC took the case to the State Supreme Court.
The decision of the State Supreme Court came down a short time ago, vacating the Commonwealth Court Order. Pennsylvania’s law requiring mail-in ballots to be properly dated remains enforceable. This is great news for election integrity and voter confidence in Pennsylvania.
