Local Council Membership: 

One joins at a local level and then becomes a member at the state level, Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women, and the national level, National Federation of Republican Women. Cumberland County has one county-wide active local council. 

Hampden Township Republicans consists of the Hampden Township Republican Association that is open to Republican township residents and the Hampden Township Republican Caucus. The caucus is made up of Cumberland County Republican committee members who represent precincts in Hampden Township.
