Accomplishments:
- Candidate Wins. In the two most recent elections, all our endorsed candidates won their races, most by very high margins.
- Revenue Growth.  We currently have over $60,000 in our bank account. We have raised our revenues substantially, primarily through the Governor’s Club fundraising program. Increased revenues have resulted in paying the mortgage on the Republican House down to $150,000.   We have approximately $175,000 in equity in the Republican House that is owned by the Republican Committeepeople of Cumberland County. We hope to fully pay off the mortgage within the next few years.
- Volunteer Engagement. Our volunteer program has grown rapidly. As a result, the Republican House is consistently staffed and CCRC has a regular presence at local events such as fairs, sportsman shows, and car shows.
- Filled Committeeperson Seats. Increased committeeperson recruitment efforts have helped us to consistently fill most open Committeeperson seats.
- Training Sessions. We now regularly conduct training sessions for committeepeople, volunteers and poll workers to ensure that all are aware of election day policies & procedures.
- Modernized, Frequent Communications. We regularly notify committeepeople and volunteers of important news, upcoming CCRC events, and all candidate fundraising events that we are informed of. Committeepeople often attend many of these events free of charge. We now have our own Slack workspace for confidential intra-CCRC communication where any committeeperson can post events, concerns, election updates, news updates, meeting times, any suggestions or comments within the CCRC. Our elected officials post upcoming events, and the CCRC and its subcommittees can communicate with organized efficiency.
- Increased Marketing Efforts. Social media and email marketing are now a continued priority. We create numerous Facebook postings per week, make frequent website updates, and distribute weekly email updates.   Every election day, we share our message to thousands of eligible voters via targeted Facebook ads.
- Assistance to Local Candidates.  Beginning in the 2020 Primary and during every election since, our committeepeople and volunteers have distributed CCRC-sponsored slate cards with our endorsed candidates listed. For the first time, in fall of 2021, CCRC distributed slate cards with all endorsed local candidates listed.
- Updated Organizational Bylaws.  In the spring of 2022, we successfully updated our outdated bylaws via mail-in ballot.
- Operation of the Republican House.
- The Republican House is a venue for candidates, the CCRC Board, Endorsement Committee and other Cumberland County-based Republican groups to hold meetings and events. The Republican House has hosted dozens of candidate meet & greets, fundraisers, petition signing events, trainings, and events for our committee and volunteers.
- The Republican House is our headquarters for election day sign & poll bag distribution. During the past two elections, every poll was staffed and full of signs.
- Hundreds of eligible voters get registered to vote at the Republican House each year.
